Cancelling Orders:

Please ensure that before you check out, ask questions if you have concerns about the item prior to placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled for a “change of heart” basis and will only be cancelled if there is a item issue or due to extenuating circumstances. We pay high fees even if the order is cancelled and we cannot continue to do this as a small business on a regular basis. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Returns will not be accepted on New or Used Vinyl unless there is a defect, an unplayable warp and due to significant mis-grading on our part. Accidents can happen. Due to our small operation, we cannot accept exchanges or returns based that the music wasn't exactly as expected. All orders are final sale, pending certain circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and please contact us for all concerns.
